Issuing offer letter and appointment letters, Taking care of induction and joining formalities for new joinees, Maintaining employee database, Maintaining their Leave records, Processing salary for the employees and ensure that the reports have been disbursed to the accounts team on time, ESI computation, Labor Laws and Labor Welfare, Disbursing Salary slips every month, Preparing Increment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Promotion Letters, etc, Attending to employees queries and doubts, Maintaining Employees Personal files, Doing Full & Final and Exit formalities for the employees who resign from there duties, making Travel arrangements for the employees in case of a business tour.
