Job Description

*Provide presales design support for medium - complex level solutions for both new and existing customers

*solution design inclusive of the underlying technical architecture, service level agreements, overall solution costing, delivery planning and representation of that solution as required

*customer presentations and negotiation

*Advanced technical interface providing support to customers, MPLS Networks, IP Telephony and VOIP solutions.

*Support sales in positioning / delivering

*participate in the bid process and development of proposals in line with customer needs

*Transferring customers’ requirements into a solution

*Owns technical design from concept to subsequent implementation
