Job Description
· Site admin support/maintenance/ Head office and change rules on buyers request
· Site updates messaging/policy/rules
· Use data to create approval list
· Use cost centre listing to map WL6 & CC owners (finance to own at some point)
· Update all Travel Suppliers with updated profile list, approvers and cost centre lists
· Support ad hoc questions from 1st level support
· Dealing with complaints & feedback
· Hire car speeding/parking notices
· SLA supplier performance, maintain SLA tracker & highlight issues to buyer
· Keep Hub updated of new information and policy changes
