Job Description

To manage design/planning activities at national level.

• Interact with vendors for evaluation of product, features and roadmap discussions..

• Interact with circle for adherence of MOP’s for design/rollout and performance related activities.

• Document standards and specifications for RF and Transmission network planning and monitor adherence to these standards by circle.

• To meet expected Network KPI during optimization

• To maintain and oversee overall performance management for 3G.

• Interact with 2G team to ensure proper co-ordination between 2G and 3G.

• RAN Network Dimensioning.

• GSM/ CDMA planning & Optimization experience would be preferred

• Hands-on experience of 3G/UMTS planning, optimization and network rollout experience will be added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of EVDO/HSPA+ concepts & BSS is an added advantage.
