Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
a) Handling overall responsibility of Front office.
b) Handling of incoming/ outgoing calls and transferring it to respective department.
c) Maintain daily accounts systems and making vouchers
d) Responsible for dispatching courier mails and keeping a record of them
e) Monitoring leave/attendance record for the purpose of personal information
f) Maintaining of housekeeping activities, Pantry sales / account
g) Interview follow-ups with candidates.
h) Managing all administrative activities and coordinate day to day HR activities.
Office Timings : 9 am to 6.30 pm (Mon - Fri)
Qualification : Any Graduate
Languages : English (Fluent) , Telugu (Fluent ) & Hindi (fluent)
OFFICE : AMEERPET, HYDERABAD
