We are having an urgent requirement with an MNC based in Gurgaon.
Please find the details:
Designation: Admin cum Front Office Executive (Third Party Payroll)
Location: Gurgaon
Qualification - Minimum Graduation
Experience - 3 yrs minimum
Note: Pick & Drop facility is available & five days working
Job Profile:
This position is more focused on the administration role than Front Office. Its 80:30 role (Administration: Front Office).
1) Manage and coordinate Travel arrangement like hotel bookings/cab arrangements/meeting room bookings etc.
2) Assisting in secretarial work also.
3) Keeping track of Correspondence & follow-up within different departments.
4) Managing daily appointments, calendar, scheduling appointments.
5) Handling Correspondence, coordination, routine matters in different departments.
6) Handling wide range of Administrative tasks.
