Job Description

Title: Analyst- Revenue Assurance

Experience:  3-5 years

Location: Gurgaon, India

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Responsible for implementation of efficient fraud and credit control
measures
•Responsible for resolution of billing queries as per agreed SLAs.
•End to End reconciliation and monitoring of all the circuit & CDR related
services.
•Business rule check at mediation and billing system
•Event source wise Error monitoring and resolution
•Validation of new products / new logic change.
•Billing checks and audits.
•Accounting check and revenue reversal check Functional Area : IT / Telecom – Hardware

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

•Graduation in commerce from a reputed college.
•The role requires deep knowledge of telecom equipments like switches,
routers, meditation, billing system etc.
•The role requires active coordination with Marketing, IT, service delivery
and billing team.
•Excellent Data Handling Skills.
•MS access and SQL knowledge is preferable.
•Strong communication skills across all modes (especially verbal) and
excellent interpersonal skills essential.
•Ability to extract data and generate analytical reports
•Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
•Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal
confidently with technical problems.
