Job Description

1. Corrective and Preventive maintenance of  SWITCH  (Huawei and ERICSSON ) and fault rectification.                                                    2.Configuration of BTS sites ,Signalling and voice traffic  trunk group .                                                              3. E1  and STM routing and patching Between MSC /BSC and TX ODF.                                                    4. Knowledge on performance parameter like ASR ,PSR ,PROCESSOR LOAD ,Congestion and analysis through protocol Analyzer .                               5. Sound Knowledge  and  analytical appraoach for fault handling in ERICSSON and Huawei system.                                                                          6. Customer,s complaints  handling and resolution of complaints  .                        7.Clear knowledge on LDCA,LDCC/SDCA and routing of calls with BSNL and capable for coordinating with BSNL and other operators for POI AT and augmentation.                                                                            8. Quality oriented and beleive to work in team.                                        9. Knowlege on STP ,HLR  IN and  Clear concept on Roaming with other operators
