Monitoring, Administration, Configuration, Upgrade & Operations of SMS Billing & SMS ( Subscriber Management System) applications. Billing Interaction with Vendors for resolution of errors for allocated modules, bugs & incorporating fixes, patches, version enhancements. Operations & upkeep of Provisioning, rating & Customer care Monitoring Customer data Upload process Revenue assurance, collections Accounting & invoice Reconciliation Detailed requirement Analysis, System Analysis Work with Application Development resources, Finance users, CRM & user teams on the allocated modules Help in Migration efforts Co-ordination with Database Administrators for backups, uptime, monitoring & testing Supporting the end-users & timely interaction with the Billing users so as to understand the deatiled1 Requirements / Enhancements required.
