Job Description

1. Lead the team for effective Operations of all entities of access & Wireline O&M Network to ensure network performance is of highest quality & meets international standards.

2. Responsible for Project rollout of the circle from Site acquisition to implementation as per the business priorities.

3. Drive for timely installation & commissioning of new network rollout as per business plan in the circle.

4. Initiate for continual improvement in the processes to further improve the benchmarks.

5. Coordinate to setup & maintain point of interconnects with other telecom service providers.

6. Evolve quick & best technological solutions to meet the business needs.

7. Highlight network utilization & initiate Business team to focus in the areas of low capacity utilization to achieve maximum sales penetration.

8. Ensure optimal Transmission, Switch and Data network planning including New generation networks for network rollouts.

Desired Profile : Candidate should be a CTO in existing operator with sound understanding of wireless network. He should be able to manage a large team and  have Operations experience.
