Job Description
Ø Provide quality customer service on every inbound call.
Ø Attending guest/visitors and accordingly making entries of their names.
Ø Handle front office
Ø Deal with customers on telephone/ e-mail/ personal
Ø Resolve customer complaints
Ø Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and action points.
Ø Document all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System
Ø Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.
Ø Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments.
Ø Assisting in Sales Support activities
Ø Coordinate meetings with Customers, Follow up for Collection of sample , and giving the daily reports.
Ø Taking care of various administration tasks and assisting in other office works
Ø Handling petty cash
Ø Handling incoming & Outgoing couriers domestic & international
Ø Assiting in Travel mgt & Courier Mgt.
