Job Description
l To manage the diary of assigned manager(s) to ensure optimal time management
l To receive, generate and file incoming PPZ documentation for assigned manager(s) and staff ensuring effective data management, including retrieving documents and backups
l To assist with materials/documents preparation for presentations, meetings at assigned manager(s) and staff requests
l To collect and compile data, prepare and maintain reports, records and information as requested by assigned manager(s) and staff
l Answering the telephone, screening calls, taking messages
l To provide travel and lodging administrative support for staff members as and when required
l To perform miscellaneous administrative duties including but not limited to the following:
l Word processing
l Photocopying
l Faxing
l Routing phone calls
l Distributing processes mail
l Ordering of stationery
l Leave co-ordination
l To arrange for meeting rooms and ensures all equipment required is available as required
l To work with other administrative roles to complete requisitions for supplies, printing, maintenance, equipment and other services
l To perform other related duties as requested
l Participation in CRM process and completion of all CRM projects
l Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order to safeguard the Clients and OMP’s assets and eliminate all risks to the Client and OMP
