Job Description:
Capable of providing Technical assistance to a group of experienced product and test engineers with people management experience to supervise in new product introduction from the design phase into manufacturing and support all customer related FA issues for NVSRAM team. Work closely with design/PE/TE and other mfg locations including customer support and Apps to solve customer/product issues. Experience in project management and on-time delivery is required and report the project status to upper management and also will be responsible for business process developments. Knowledge of Software design/’ C++, Assembly, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyser, Lab view will help to lead the Char team.

Job Specific Requirements:
Able to provide technical support to a team of junior and senior product engineers. On-time delivery of committed milestones with good track records. Very good Knowledge in new product silicon validation, characterization, qualification and release to production/manufacturing. Very good communication skills (Verbal and Writing) with good leadership quality. Effective in providing technical training and coaching. Capable of addressing Quality measures (Higher test coverage, lower PPM, shorter test time, higher test yields, etc…). Produce competitive high quality products at lower cost (in both development and production). 8+ Years of experience in Silicon Validation, project Management, silicon testing and debugging etc. Managed team involved in Silicon Validation Plan development, Test code development, Test execution, debugging and regression

Qualifications
•Minimum Experience: 10+ years
•Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in computer science/Engineering
