Job Description
Ø Requires manage the IP/Telephony, EPABX, Nortel infrastructure MSS, EPABX, Call Pilot, CDR and Verint
Ø Provide both Installation and configuration and troubleshooting of Nortel voice Infrastructure
Ø Maintaining devices like pbx, call recording, call billing etc. as well as monitor and report network activity.
Ø Ability to work effectively, efficiently as individual and with Team
Co-ordination with Service Providers
Ø Ability to work effectively, efficiently as individual and with Team
Daily system check list maintenance
Ø A high level of understanding of common L1-L2 Networking protocols
Ø Evaluates client requests for new or modified voice and/or data systems, Software and hardware.
Ø Participate in a 24 x 7 on-call support rotation and off-hours maintenance as needed
Ø Excellent consultative and communication skills
Ø Analytical ability to meet expectation of users
Ø Ability to work effectively, efficiently as individual and with Team
Ø Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
