Job Description

The following are the responsibilities that the candidate should perform upon selection.

·         Handling independently and under guidance correspondence with :

·         Overseas Customers and suppliers

·         Domestic Customers and suppliers

·         Handling e-mails

·         Extensive research on internet

·         Events mapping , listing and sorting

·         Readings and discussions on biz articles, books etc

·         Attending workshops + seminars in Bangalore

·         Maintaining the DIRECTOR’S  notes/drafting mails

·         Meeting clients for business devp and retention..

·         Tele-calling clients for ongoing issues / repeat orders .

·         Take information from Peenya office with regards to sales/purchases

·         Maintain a System/Database to get the Clients information

·          Data processing - Reports & Documentation

·         Maintain high level of confidentiality

·         Online air ticket booking and hotel reservation.

·          Track of all the pending matters

·         Ensure data and document security

·         Maintains and manages efficient and timely e- filing systems and manual as well

·         Flexible decisions responding to constant change.
