Job Description
Store business operations, including Sales Generation, Service Delivery, Facility management, safety and security, loss prevention (also called shrinkage), and banking.Product management, including Visual Merchandising, ordering, receiving, price changes, and handling damaged products and returning them.Managing Human Resources, specifically: recruiting, hiring, training and development, performance management, and schedule workplace schedulingTeam Development, to take responsibility for one’s own personal learning and development.Store manager is a great problem solver, and is a positive, forward thinker, aware of goals and results.An individual who has exceptional conversational skills & Service orientation. As the main component of a retail store manager’s daily duties is to interact with customers and employees, it is very important that they know how to converse in such a manner which is courteous yet effective.Will report into the Manager –Experience Center directly with a dotted line reporting to the concerned ZM-Prepaid.Key responsibilities:
· Responsible for the Walk-in sales and revenue generation.
· Responsible for Complete Experience Delivery at the showroom.
· Responsible for Maintenance and upkeep of the Showroom.
· Ensuring effective and consistent Neighborhood Marketing activity.
· Ensure effective handling of walk in customers.
· Provide end-to-end resolution on feedbacks/complaints received from customers.
· Ensure timely resolution and 100% follow-up and closure of cases.
· Ensuring all walk in customers get the Brand experience.
· Ensure team achievement of defined KPI’s with consistency in performance.
· Tracking and monitoring Team’s performance.
· Need to maintain store opening and closing check list.
· Ensuring Environment management at TEC.
· Preparing MIS of stores & Generate Data as per management requirement.
Competence (Essential):
· Has to be Technology savvy, well versed in latest mobile technology & Knowledge of computers up to a medium level of proficiency.
· Good Selling skills,
· Service Orientation,
· Good Communication skill, Interpersonal skills & well groomed & Presentable with etiquette and manners.
· Ability to manage business at TEC.
Desirable Profile:
· Exposure of Retail Operations - Sales and Service.
· Preferably from Industry such as Telecom Retail, Consumer Durable stores, Hotel, Travel & Tourism, Air lines etc. Can also be an existing Store Manager of branded outlets such as Barista, United Colors of Benetton, and Costa Coffee
· Experience: At least 2-3 years in a similar profile, and should have managed a Team.
· Min. Education: Graduate, preferably a MBA.
