Job Description



Over all security function of the facility, with special focus on smooth performance of the department, pilferage, theft, tackling scenario problems, incident reporting etc.

Enforcement of company's rules and regulations.

Training and setting guidelines to the guard force.

To monitor & effect complete security cover for all company assets and property.

To maintain proper Books of Records as per policy.

To check all equipment relating to safety, fire, electricity, and other Electro-Mechanical equipment for their maintenance and repair.

Liaison with external statutory bodies viz. telephone dept, postal, electricity etc.

Company owned vehicle maintenance. Travel arrangements for senior executives & guests.

Negotiating and awarding Annual Maintenance Contract for the office automation systems like Photocopy machine, Water Cooler, Telephones and Air conditioners etc.

Preparing/Suggesting cost deduction systems for the administrative expenses to the management

Housekeeping in office, training centre & guesthouse with total manpower planning and material & stock.

Handling all security aspects of the company.

Monitoring benefits like Telephone/ Mobile bill reimbursement, Petrol allowance and liasioning of company leased flats.

Management of attendance, leaves, monitoring and submission of reports to the management on a daily basis and subsequently every month end.

MIS report on stationery consumption (division/department wise)
