Job Description

Devise Test Strategy depending on project needs and create test plan

 Write and Execute Test Cases and Bug Reporting using Bug reporting & tracking tools

 Interact and adapt to the Client & Partner requirements

 Provide leadership to the testing team as well as mentor ship and guidance to individual team members

 Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks

 Manage changes to project scope

 Functional/regression/load/stress Testing, Black box & White box Testing, using Automated Testing tools

 MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel

 Complete SDLC know-how & documentation
