Job Description

Designation: Manager Quality
Location: Noida

Reports to: AVP Quality and Process Excellence

Department: Quality and Process Excellence


Job Responsibilities:

The Manager-PE is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of Quality Compliance and Customer Experience functions, strategizing and leading all process improvement initiatives for client processes and ensuring that all functional deliverables to internal and external customers are met.Ensure that the QC function is running effectively in each client process.Incubation of QC and CE in all new processes and provide support in baselining performance and streamlining of client processes during pilot and productionEnsure improvement initiatives and projects (Six Sigma Projects, AIM, etc) continue to happen in the processes as per business strategy. Drive best practices for process managementEnsure deployment of ProMPT in all client processesTraining and development of direct reports.Lead at least one Black Belt project.Design procedures & policies for the QC and CE functions on an ongoing basis.Support Business Development initiatives for capability building of the functionSupport EXLMS and ISG initiatives.Work in an environment of rotational shifts.
