We are inviting applications from interested candidates for the position of Zonal Utility Manager – Network for various Locations
Job Description
1. Corrective and preventive maintenance of all the Utilities installations at BTS/ MCN / IS & other locations in the Network.
2. Ensure maintenance of SLA’s for Network availability.
3. Control no. of faults and maintain MTTR within targets.
4. Control of Utilities O &M / Project expenditure.
5. Maintaining the O&M expenditure of Utilities within budget.
6. Maintaining the project expenditure for upgradtion of Network within budget.
7. Optimisation of Resources – manpower, inventory & vehicles
8. Ensuring Customer satisfaction index as per target.
9. O&M of utilities to ensure Compliance of SLAs as per the commitment to Business.
10. Ensuring Network availability as per targets.
11. Controlling no. of faults and MTTR within targets.
12. Compliance to requirements of QMS and ISO 9001:2000 standard.
13. Execution of Network improvement activities as per schedule.
