Job Description
Ensure that KPIs are achieved as per the targets set by the management. Carry out root cause an analysis of the site and draw an action plan to increase % up time. Ensure implementation of action plans and guidelines with a a view to bring improvements in the circle performance. Coordinate with SCM and finance team for awarding contracts to vendor for O& M activities and procuement of spares and equipments required for regular O&M. Coordination with deployment team for quality of installation and commissioning activities and take over sites with no service affecting punch points. Opex reduction through energy conservation and optimum of available resources. Monitoring and analyses of Energy Reports and draw action plan for Energy Cost Optimisation. Training need identification of O&M team and bridging the gaps by Energy Cost Optimisation. Planning for utilities upgrade for meeting the targets for higher tenancy ratio. Meeting customers expectation by delivering the required uptime within agrees SLAs. Generate trackers to monitor the activities at appropriate frequencies to have effective control on O&M activities. Develop system and procedures to help the O&M team achieve targeted results. Monitoring and control of R&M cost. Control & Development of vendors through regular and process monitoring Getting KPIs signed off on weekly basis from company as per schedule. Implement an appropriate Reward and penalty system to get optimum employee performance. Ensuring that the vendor invoices are certified in time and submitted to SCM/Finance team for payments. Coordination with HR for requirement Quality Manpower for O&M operations. Liaison with EB and regulatory authorities for getting support in regular O&M activities. Minimising the theft cases by developing mechanism as per the local conditions. Ensuring adequate tools test equipments and safety gears are available in the field for proper work due safety. MIS reporting to HO as per schedule.
