Job Description

Responsibilities

 • Reception work

 • Answering phones

 • Greeting staff and clients

 • Basic data entry

 • Clerical work

 • Basic accounting and cash management

 • Document management

 • Bill payment

 • Calendar and schedule management

 • Staff oversight

 • Manage maids and help

 • Attend to staff needs

Competencies

 • Candidate should have a commerce background

 • Should have command over English

 • Highly organized, efficient, and consistent

 • Should be friendly and confident when dealing with vendors, clients, and staff members

 • Basic computer skills, including MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)

 • Should be able to type proficiently at 40-55 wpm

 • Able to learn new skills
