Making all business travel arrangements including visas, tickets (domestic & international), hotels, forex etc
Preparing the agendas taking notes and distributing minutes of the meeting..
Preparing presentations as per instructions & maintaining organizational announcements.
Drafting letters, memos, e-mails and handling independent correspondence.
Coordination with CEO and other management.
Handling visitors, arrange meetings and manage- Calendar management appointments.
Filing and maintaining confidential documents.
Arrange in-house and off-site meetings and lunches.
Arrange multi- international conference calls.
Updating of all official files.
Providing assistance to the administration department.
Scanning & updating the business contact list.
