Job Description

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Entry Qualifications - BE- Electrical /Electronics  with 8+ yrs Relevant Experience

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

Should have rolled out BTS across state in numbers 200-300 per month for any large cellular network in Operator environment  Minimum of 10+ yrs experience in BTS Rollout ,project management including Logistics facilitation and movement, BTS integration for declaring RFI,  multiple IP vendors management  in a large operator  network.Experience in Site rollout based on BO and site sharing with multiple infrastructure providers.Knowledge of  Civil and Electrical infrastructure of BTS sites including towersRegulatory issues knowledge such as State electricity Board, pollution board, civic authorities.,AAI,WPC,SACFA, TERM/DoTSite selection and site acquisition, RFI form different IP providersShould have  exposure to TX Planning and Site Integration,( Integrated Telecom project management )

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Rolling out BTS in numbers of 200-300 per month either BO or sharing/Collocating with AT

SKILLS

Technical

Rolling out Sites in Numbers 200-300 per month ( extracting RFI from Different IP vendors within time frame)BTS Integration and Declaring RFS , ATTX planning, Network Integration & RF Coverage knowledge.IP billing and OPEX control
