Job Description
§ screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
§ meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
§ organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
§ dealing with incoming email, faxes, scanning and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager;
§ taking dictation and minutes;
§ carrying out background research and presenting findings;
§ producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
§ liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
§ devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
§ arranging travel and accommodation requirements.
§ Assisting manager and accounts manager as per work delegated
§ Tally entry level knowledge preferred
§ English, Tamil & Hindi is a must
§ Computer Skills – MS Office and Internet experience
§ Form "C", Payment follow-ups, TDS certficate to be given & to be taken follow-ups with the existing clients by email & phone
§ Company products & services online promotion and monitoring at B2B portals
§ Understanding the company products and services so as to mail appropriate samples and datasheets from time to time to appropriate potential clients as per instructions.
