Job Description
You will be responsible for
- Attending Calls & Fax
- Mail records – inwards & outwards (Postal & courier)
- Assist in admin activities like maintaining stationery records, co-ordinate with other offices, co- ordinate with vendors etc.
Reporting to
Manager - Administration
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist with exposure to
o Handling front office
o Handling EPBAX
o Attending calls
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in spoken English
- Well versed with MS Office
