Candidate will be responsible for
- Co-ordinating with all the group companies in collecting, compiling and analysing the information and assisting the Chairman in day to day activities
- Administrative arrangements like travel, meetings, conference calls and other appointments etc.
- Secretarial help including preparing the presentations and independently handling the day to day correspondence etc.
Reporting to
Chairman
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 – 5 years of experience in the role of secretary or EA to Director and above level in an organisation
- Trained in secretarial course from a reputed institute.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self motivated, with ability to perform and deliver under limited supervision at a demanding pace
- Skilled in drafting letters, documenting files (soft and hard copy)
- Proficient in shorthand and typing.
- Should be skilled at managing calendar, travel arrangements, visits of clients.
- Exposure to basic MS Office is required.
