Key Responsibilities:
Manage e-learning for L&D to support programs across verticalsManage a team to develop and execute e-learning content and modules keeping business objectives in mindInitiate learning programs with an objective of introducing appropriate training techniques and maximize trainer utilizationEnsure content is refreshed periodically to match current CC needsShould be able to liaise and influence with the UK and India stakeholders to drive changes and ensure that the Training Content is relevantManage a centralized pool of direct reports for content development and managementEnsure a standardized approach to content creation and structureEnsure content created meets Vertical / Business needs by liaising with Vertical leadsEnsure relevance of content and constantly evaluate modify content to ensure Fit for PurposeManage a common repository of content that can be used across the CCStandardized approach and output of delivery for Customer Service related interventionsConduct XXX hours of training in a year or when the need arisesCreation & ownership for Role Awareness Programs (TLDP, YMP etc)Calibration with the Recruitment team on voice calibration – central activityReporting:
AM will report into the Manager / Sr. Manager –L&D
Compensation:
5 - 7 Lakhs per annum including variable
Qualifications:

Experience:
Total years of experience – minimum 6yrs of exp. Minimum 4yrs in Training (content)
