We are looking for a Executive Assistant (m) to the Senior Lawyer for a law firm.
Job location will be Gurgaon. Candidates residing in South Delhi, West Delhi, Gurgaon may only apply as we will not be giving any pick and drop facility.

Essential Skills: Self Correspondence, Self Starter, Good Written and Oral Communications, Good Typing Speed, Good in Ms.Office functions and shorthand is preferred not essential.
Description:
- Responsible for providing secretarial, administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in efficient manner
- Self Correspondence in drafting letters, minutes of meeting, MIS reports
- Close Coordination with other departments.
- Maintaining diary of Senior Lawyer.
- Making arrangement for Meetings and Conferences.
- Handling Travel Bookings and Hotel Bookings.
- Data Management like maintaining records of agreements, letters, important data, and preparing presentations.
- Close coordination with corporate communication for seminars and other events arranged by the company.
