a) Front Office
Administration
? Office Administration and Vendor management.

Facilities including House Keeping, Security and Safety aspects.

Monitoring of movement register
? Maintaining Leave Records of the employees

? Maintaining Employee Attendance & Maintenance of various registers

b) General Administration
? Housekeeping and Stationery stock
checking
? Up-Keep of the Office on day to day basis
? Local travel
arrangements
? Pantry and Catering Services
? Printing Requirements

? Vendors Development and Negotiation
? Responsible for arranging and
