Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Executive (f) for our Client in Gurgaon. Candidate should have 5-12 years of in the same. Salary will be 20k in hand- 35k in hand.

1. Must be smart and should have Pleasing Personality.
2. Should be super excellent in communication skills.
3. Should be comfortable to work in a shift timing of 9:30am To 6:30pm
4. Knowledge of Epabx must.
5. Must have excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing Front Office activities, Knowledge of EPABX system is essential
• Handling and transferring calls
• Taking care of Guests ,Sending and receiving mails
• Keeping Track of appointments, Making Travel / Hotel arrangements
• Coordinating various HR activities.
• Preparing daily reports and MIS
• Responsible for all First Aid activities
• Arranging and managing all Board Room / Conference room meetings

We will prefer candidates from Gurgaon, South Delhi and West Delhi only as the job location will be Gurgaon and will not be giving any pick and drop facility. Candidate will have to commute on her own.
