Job Description
To ensure compliance of O&M SLAs as agreed with the operators through optimized utilization of available resources. Conceptualization & Implementation of new energy solution/technologies, processes for better control, improved efficiency and reduced operational cost
KEY DELIVERABLES:
Uptime SLA compliance as per various MSAs
Timely & accurate billing of Energy reimbursement to operators
OPEX monitoring & control
Process improvements
To successfully introduce and implement New Energy Solution/technology for improving efficiency
Optimum utilization of Manpower
Statutory compliance
Potential candidate should be a BE - Electrical
· Min 12-15 years experience in Technical and O&M in Telecom/Tower Industry.
· Should have Leadership level O&M/Technical experience for 4-5 years having multi Circle accountabilities.
· Should have good understanding of Cost and revenue of O&M Operations
· Should have handled fault repairing/ fault management
