Job Description

Responsibilities :  To formulate and implement HR / IR Policies covering all HR / IR Functions

     4. Rporting           :  Immediate -  Plant Head, Next  - Board of Directors  

     4. Experience       :  15 + years with Plant / Corporate level exposure a considerable period being with any process industry and preferbly with some exposure with Cement industry and knowledge of North East region in particular.

Location           : Meghalaya / Kolkata

Compensation   : Negotiable on the basis of current CTC
