Job Description -
Experience in Revenue Assurance, Interconnect billing Domain and should be in Operations role from a telecom operator background.Candidates need to demonstrate flexibility to play multiple roles (domain experts, consulting, product support and operational support.Working knowledge Oracle 10g and tools (Stored Procedure, triggers, PL/SQL, Tuning and tools) and Unix shell scripting.Flexible with generating new reports as per  business requirements , enhancing existing reportsGood understanding of CDR’S For MSC ( NSN,Siemens)  and for IN ( NSN) experience preferableOperational supports in telecom  requires investigating, managing, resolving and escalating issues as requireD

Skills required -

Candidate must be a B.E , B.Tech, MCA from a reputed institute

Must have worked with Telecom Operator in Interconnect Billing , RA Profile

Must have knowlede of SQL/PLSQL , Unix shell scripting.

Reconciling the CDR’S ( MSC and IN ) for RA analysis

Must have 6-7 years of working experience in Telecom Industry

Must have good communication skills both verbal and wriiten

Must be a active team member and must be willing to impart training if required
