Handling general administration issues and practicesHandling all administrative affairs of the organization.Providing supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, and kitchenPurchasing printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.Oversee daily facilities operations including House Keeping services, Electrical & AC maintenance, Fire Fighting Systems, pest control, gardening, front office etc.Manage security for the organization Handling all the stationary requirments
