Job Description
JOB TITLE: Personal Assistant
Location: Mumbai
GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Personal Assistant's major role is to help the Managing Director to reduce his work load. This includes secretarial support and performing an array of administrative tasks. The personal assistant‘s major roles include streamlining the communication and prioritizing important events and obligations. The personal assistant must ensure that the MD has excellent administrative support, enabling him to focus on business development and high-level management issues.
EDUCATION:
Graduation and Personal Secretary course.
EXPERIENCE:
5yrs experience as a Personal Assistant.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
High organizational skills as well as exceptional time management skill.Outstanding Communication skills (verbal and written).Multitasking skills.Ability to take initiatives.Maturity to handle a range of situations.Attention to details.Problem solving skill.An ability to work in tight deadlines.MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the MD for day to day office administration.Maintaining appointment schedule.Maintaining data (like contact details etc).Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction.Coordinating with all company units and departments for ensuring seamless business operation.Attending and answering phone calls.Handling letters and emails.Maintaining a range of files depending upon the nature of the data.Apart from the above mentioned tasks and responsibilities other duties assigned must also be performed.
Preference would be given to those candidates who have the relevant experience & are Vipassana meditators.
