Job Description:

We are looking for Support Engineers with Nortel CS1000 experience.

Brief JD:

* GSS Backbone team (Tier 3) supporting business units in EMEA market. Main cust interaction is via Avaya’s EMEA Partners. 

* Responsibility for Customer issue resolution on Avaya Voice products. Customer issue resolution involves post sales implementation, post production support and integration of devices in the customer network

* Daily work includes escalations and aged cases monitoring, identifying the customer’s pain or concern areas and driving them towards speedy resolution.

* Candidate should have very good Communication Skills.

Education : B.E/B.tech
