Job Description
Review metrics that are reported by carriers, validate the same and assess them with respect to the baseline figures or those agreed upon by the carrier. If carrier is not performing to standards then do the following:
1. Gather further data and study historical trend
2. Interact with carrier to understand issue
3. Work with Service Assurance team
This team will also need to create ad-hoc reports of carrier performance as requested by Service Assurance/ Service Delivery team. 2 resources will also look at impact of internal issues on Carrier Performance
