Role Description:

·        Initiating new projects to review delivery processes across organisation, seeking to streamline and standardise operations wherever possible.

·         Act as POC for Operation Teams to report recurring issues, process gaps, system bugs, etc… and all sources of inefficiencies.

·        Support the introduction of change by supporting and enabling local country operations to implement the required actions

·        To drive streamlining initiatives through the business which achieve a reduction in unit cost and lead-time as well as increase of Quality of the delivery cycle.

·        Using various reporting tools (Business Objects, Discoverer)  to analyse data,  finding variations and their root causes, correcting issues and implementing solutions.

·         Take personal ownership of performance against defined objectives. Notify line manager of all issues encountered, propose solutions and agree prior to implementation. Formally escalate all ongoing unresolved issues.

·         Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently

·         Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

·         Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitments
