Role Description:
· Initiating new projects to review delivery processes across organisation, seeking to streamline and standardise operations wherever possible. · Act as POC for Operation Teams to report recurring issues, process gaps, system bugs, etc… and all sources of inefficiencies.· Support the introduction of change by supporting and enabling local country operations to implement the required actions· To drive streamlining initiatives through the business which achieve a reduction in unit cost and lead-time as well as increase of Quality of the delivery cycle.· Using various reporting tools (Business Objects, Discoverer) to analyse data, finding variations and their root causes, correcting issues and implementing solutions.· Take personal ownership of performance against defined objectives. Notify line manager of all issues encountered, propose solutions and agree prior to implementation. Formally escalate all ongoing unresolved issues.· Prioritizes and plans work activities; uses time efficiently· Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.· Follows instructions, responds to management direction; takes responsibility for own actions; keeps commitmentsAdditional Information
