Job Description
Position: BRANCH MANAGER
Location: MUMBAI
Qualification: GRADUATE
Experience: 4-5 years
CTC: AS PER EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE
Job Profile:
Business:
· To achieve budgeted sales, both domestic & international product,
· To achieve monthly collection target and ensure no outstanding stretches,
· To identify and arrest revenue leakage in the branch in all possible area
Channel Management:
· To ensure growth in channel business and customer relation with regular contact with Franchises and important customers
· To conduct franchise meetings at regular intervals at Branch levels
· To indentify non performing franchise and strengthen the same or replace suitably, Network expansion through appointing new franchises.
Operations:
· To ensure continuous research to improve the quality of service in the branch,
· To Focus on cent percent same day delivery & updating
· To Addressing major issues in operation
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Entire Branch operations and administrative functions of the branch.Cost effective branch operations and administration. Managing cash center sales and provide customer support. Responsible for the administrative functions of the branch.Desired Candidate Profile:
