Objectives of Role

Analysis and reporting

Operational Responsibilities

·         Analysis of carrier metrics

·         Performing deep dives analyses on issues, outliers, root cause, etc. 

·         Communication of issues to carrier and to internal groups. 

·         Tracking, reporting performance status by carrier.

·         Has an experience in Analyzing and recommending process improvements.

·         Has a Project Management skill.

·         Expert level capability in use of desktop software (MS Office Suite, with focus on analytical skills in Excel)

·         Strong Verbal & written communication

·         Graduation in any field with 5-6 business experience with a reporting and analysis skills from Telecom Domain.
