Job Description

    Responsibilities    

·      Development of products

·      Documentation (Software Product specifications / Product Description / Customer Manual / Implementation manual / Product Architecture / HLD / LLD / Interface documents / etc.) as per policy

·         Software code review, maintenance

·         Strict adherence to Product Development Procedure and CMMI processes

·         Ensure strict adherence to standard coding practices

·         Ensure comprehensive component testing to minimize bugs reported by System Testing People

·         Ensure timely completion of development activity

·         Effectively use the automated Bug tracking systems for product development

·         Effectively use the Project tracking system for day-to-day activity control and improvement of productivity

·         Conduct training for team members
