Job Description
Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the Superior such as taking dictation, drafting letters, correspondence, preparing agenda items etc.Co- ordinate with all Depts. /Branches and collate the Reports and information to facilitate review by the Superior.Maintain the Superior’s calendar by making appointments, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, etc.Coordinate and communicate with staff and external parties like Clients, Vendors etc.Prepare proposals, minutes, notices, manuals, agenda and correspondence with supporting documentation.Assist in HR and Administration activities like making travel bookings for the Management and back end staff.Monitor and look after the basic upkeep of the office.Arrange conference calls and co- ordinate conference room bookings.Take care of the meal arrangements for guests at the office and for the employee engagement activities at the office.Monitor and make vouchers for the office utilities bills and follow up on the payments.
Technical Knowledge
· Knowledge of statutory compliances with respect to the HR department
· Knowledge of the various sub-areas within Human Resources (Compensation, Recruitment etc)
