Job Description

Candidates upto 40 years / 30 years of age with engineering background and having 5 to 10 years of experience in upkeep and maintenance of buildings and equipment installed therein, Planning and controlling the security, housekeeping and fire and safety measures. Interpersonal Skills, Man Management, Liaisoning with local civic authorities  shall also be a major responsibility. He will be expected to operate his site as an independent profit centre. He should have working knowledge and experience in computer operations with respect to filling and internet.
