Job Description
We currently have an opening for the position of "Commercial Officer" at Asian Paints Ltd., PATNA.
Job Location: Patna (Interviews for this position will be conducted at Kolkata)
Previous Experience (Yr.): 1 year and above
Primary Functions / Responsibilities:
Manage MIS of Branch & Review Branch Operation, Logistics & improve efficiencyAnalyse/ Review & put system in Place to control Branch operation/ LogisticSkills & Knowledge Necessary:
· Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree in commerce with a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation.
· The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course.
· NO ENGINEERING GRADUATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
· ALSO NO MBA AND INTER-CA GRADUATES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
· Computer literate and possess good numerical and communication skills.
· Gender: Male
· Age: Less than 26 years (Mandatory)
· Languages: Knowledge of English is necessary.
Work Experience:
· 1-2 years experience in Godown Operations, Vendor Management and other Commercial activities.
· Applicants should be Indian Citizens or hold relevant residence status.
· Fresher’s can be considered provided they have good academic record, fluent communication skills and are good with MS Excel.
· Candidates who have done Part Time or Correspondence MBA in FINANCE can be considered.
Candidates selected for this post will undergo training for six months in the areas of Customer Accounting, Godown Keeping, Computer Operations, Office Expenses Accounting, Statutory Compliance Monitoring etc. After the training period, they will be assigned responsibilities in any one or a combination of the above areas.
Note:
· The selection process will be: written test + Preliminary Interview (all rounds are elimination)
Salary Details: During Probation, Gross Salary will be Rs. 12,860/-
After one Year of Service: 2.7 lac(s) p.a.
