Product Development have to perform following tasks as:

•An experience of 7 to 10 yrs.

•Excellent knowledge on various technologies like GSM (RAN) /GPRS/CDMA 1X and HSD.

•Able to manage the technical team of ~ 10 members. capable of guiding the SME's whenevr required.

•Capable of evaluting correct cadidates during requiretment & reward process.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Very good management skills.

•Ability to work in multi vendor multi technology environment.

•Very good analytical Skills

•Capability to attend the Customer meetings, provide the solutions/ presentations to the customers.

•Capability to initiate various innovative ways to handle operation and maintenance activities.

•Capability to handle critical ouages/escalations .

•Capability to institutionalise various processes as and when required
