Job Description
Position - Roaming Analyst
Location - Gurgaon
No. of vacancies- 1
Job Responsibility- 1.Responsible for the rating of the complete roaming data received in Billing System, reject analysis and rejects solving.
2.Definition of new Roaming Partner in BSCS.
3.Co-ordination with Data Clearing House for GSM Roaming Data for sending and receiving error free TAP transfer.
4.IREG Voice/GPRS TADIG testing.
5.Loading of call records to RTX database and making sure RLH is loading to correct partition.
6.Resolving all types of roaming billing disputes and also resolving roaming rejections occurred at rating level.
7.Creating alerts using shell scripting and SQL to monitor the daily activities.
8.Providing Reports for roaming
9.TAPIN files complete Processes (Recon, Rejection etc)
10.Coordination with Knot for various implementations
Skills - Candidate must be B.E , B.tech , MCA (IT) from reputed institution/university
Candidate must have at least 3-7 years of working experience in Roaming Billing in Telecommunication Domain
Candidates who do not have relevant experience need not apply.
