C-DOT Alcatel Lucent Research Centre (CARC) is a Joint Venture between Alcatel-Lucent and the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT), in establishing a global R&D center, dedicated to broadband wireless access. The company is 51 percent Alcatel-Lucent owned and the remaining 49 percent by C-DOT.
The world-leading expertise of Alcatel-Lucent in fixed and mobile broadband networks together with C-DOT's knowledge of local market conditions would enable CARC to come up with an optimum solution for the local carriers to build a user-centric broadband infrastructure for Indian consumers.
Our primary focus is on WiMAX Rev-E solutions, adapted to the needs of Indian carriers and customers. Subsequently, these adapted solutions can be used in other high-growth economies worldwide.
Our WiMAX solution enables service providers to address markets that were previously not economically addressable through traditional mobile/wireless or wireline solutions.
Job Description
3-8 years of BSP and Device drivers experience in Liux Kernelstrong embedded Platform Software experience in a typical wireless
product needed.Experience in C/C++ - Porting platform Sw and Kernel to different Boards ,Board bringup and debugging.IPSEC knowlege,exp of GPL compliant code, sound config management,and HW Module knowledge is a plusA hands on Technical Person who takes full responsibility of delivery who can work in dynamic and agile environment
