Job Description
· The role is to assist the Quality Head in process definition, RFP response related to process questions and process modeling in customer assignments.
· Understand and collect process definition inputs
· Define processes in discussion with SME
· Lead process improvement workgroups to understand and detail the processes
· Interface with the customer to understand process inputs
· Response to RFP for process related queries.
· Conduct process definition workshops with SME and client
· Mapping processes with ITIL / CMMI standard.
· Interface with process automation group for automation assignments.
· Information modeling
· Process definition
· Process Audits
Candidate Prerequisites
· Qualifications: [Quality professional with Bachelor Degree in Engineering / MBA / MCA]
· Industry experience: [3 Years in ITIL / CMMI L3 OR L5 implementation in the field of telecom]
· Years of experience: [Min of 5 Years]
· Certifications:
· ITIL Certified
· Certified Internal Auditor
· CMMI ATM
· Technical and/or functional skills:
· Knowledgeable in process management and quality fundamentals, tools and techniques
· Hands on experience in ITIL, CMMI, ISO standards
· understanding of Software development life cycle model
· Participated in CMMI journey for L3 or above
· Leadership skills: [Should be able to converse with managers, senior managers and function heads]
· Language skills: [Hindi & English]
