Job Description
Coordinate and set up high-level conference calls, board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements for top executives. Coordination with Vendors & purchase dept.
Maintaining Calendar, Answer a high volume of incoming calls and in-person inquiries from clients and colleagues;Vendor management i.e. vendor meetings for concerns Responsible for Housekeeping and Conference Rooms.
Generating MIS Maintaining customer records and keeping records of visitors.
International travel & hotel Booking including visa formalities
Providing Telephone connections, Data cards, and Visiting cards requirement
Maintaining stock of stationary, petty cash and medicines;
Maintaining office documentation and Keeping administrative records,
Managing the incoming and outgoing couriers.
Human resource activities i.e. preparing and settling travel claims and bills of Director. Keeping track of leave records Coordinating between the various departments for the teams requirements. Assisting in preparing official letters and e-mails, maintaining files, etc. Guest relation activities
